Okay great, but what does this mean?!

That's why I'm here! To help you not only understand what these mean but also, how to effectively nourish each of these to live your fullest life!

So, let's dive in!


Physical Health:

This encompasses more than just the lack of illness. It involves actively nourishing our bodies to thrive! We do this by engaging in regular movement and exercise as well as prioritizing rest and embracing self-care!


Nutritional Health:

Nutritional health is about making mindful choices about what we eat and how we nourish our bodies. Real foods don't have an ingredient list. We must practice mindful eating and listening to our bodies cues as well as developing a positive relationship with food.


Emotional Health:

This is about our ability to recognize, understand, and EMBRACE our feelings! Acknowledging and expressing emotions in a healthy way is essential to overall well-being.


Social Health:

Humans are inherently social beings. Having healthy, meaningful relationships is imperative to our well-being. Building and maintaining strong social bonds contributes to overall happiness and life satisfaction.


Spiritual Health:

Spirituality helps us find balance so that our lives become vested in meaning and purpose. Spirituality helps us identify what brings us joy and what our core values are. It also empowers us to take ownership of our lives and live in alignment with those values.


Intellectual Health:

Knowledge is power. The continued pursuit of knowledge is internal power. In order to be your best self, you should always be chasing knowledge and personal growth. Curiosity is at the heart of intellectual health. Setting goals and seeking challenges encourages us to unlock our full potential and better understand the world around us.


Financial Health:

Having a healthy relationship with money and managing finances wisely are key to financial health. Financial well-being goes beyond material possessions, it's about security, freedom, and the ability to support our goals and passions. By doing this, we reduce anxiety and have a solid foundation for overall wellness.


Environmental Health:

Environmental health is about recognizing the toxins in the world around us and taking measures to reduce exposure. To protect ourselves and the future generations, it's imperative that we develop sustainable practices and reduce our ecological footprint.


These 8 pillars are the foundation of overall wellbeing and should be the starting point for all health journeys.
